    Ipinasa ng Sangguniang Panglungsod ng Batangas sa kanilang regular na sesyon noong ika-20 ng Oktubre ang ordinansang naglalayong tulungan ang Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Batangas Chapter, sa pagkalap ng pondo upang matugunan ang operasyon ng nasabing ahensiya.

    Ang ordinansa ay may pamagat na “An Ordinance Allowing and Requiring All Cinema Owners and Operators within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Batangas City to Append in Their Theatre Tickets, PHP2.00 Covering the Period of May 8 to November 8 Every Year Thereafter as Contribution to Philippine Red Cross Batangas Chapter”.
