In a special ceremony held on February 24, 2015 at the Teachers Conference Center, twenty four (24) land titles were handed to 19 beneficiaries. What could take months and even years before a lot owner procures a title to his/her property, has been made easy at no costs by the Batangas City Government and partner- agencies, the CENRO/PENRO.

This is pursuant to RA No. 10023 which gives powers to the Local Government Units to give free patents to residential lots (500 sq. m. and below and agricultural lots

(501 sq. m. to 5 hectares), of legitimate residents of Batangas City.
