Batangas City was conferred the Hall of Fame Award for eNGAS Collaborator/Contributor for three consecutive years (2023–2025) in recognition of its significant contributions and active collaboration with the Commission on Audit (COA) in the continuous development and enhancement of the Electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS).

In addition, the city was also recognized as a Hall of Fame Awardee for eNGAS User Entity for its outstanding participation in strengthening the system’s implementation.

Further highlighting its achievements, Batangas City received the Outstanding eNGAS and eBudget System User Entity Award for its remarkable use of both the Electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS) and the Electronic Budget (eBudget) System.

This award underscores the city’s consistent compliance in submitting its Calendar Year 2024 year-end financial statements, budget, and other required reports free of material errors and within the prescribed deadlines set by the COA.

The plaques of recognition were formally presented to Mayor Marvey Mariño by City Accountant Sherryl Bool, City Budget Officer Manolo Perlada, and ITSD Chief Raymond Sadiwa following the regular flag ceremony at the Batangas City Hall grounds.
