This project which was launched yesterday at the Batangas City Convention Center is in partnership with the Development Bank of the Philippines which will issue the ATM ID cards to the 2,059 college and 1,600 high school scholars at present.

This will not only be convenient to the scholars but will also encourage them to save.

The project launching was graced by Mayor Eduardo Dimacuha, ABC President Dondon Dimacuha and Board Member Marvey Mariño.

The distribution of cards to the scholars is expected on the second week of December. The EBD Schorlarship Program has a budget of P52 million this year and will soon include top ten public high school students who excel in athletics.
