Dimacuha created the composition of the Incident Command System (ICS) Team to prepare for the onslaught of Typhoon Ruby which is expected to hit the Southern Tagalog Region in the early morning of December 7. This afternoon, a briefing for all the members of the ICS, headed by Fire Supt. Rommel Tradio was conducted at the City Administrator's Office, the designated Command Post.
