RD Dimacuha, received this morning the teachers and students from Princess Chulabhorn’s College, Phitsanulok, Thailand, who are on a one-week study tour here. Their brief stay is also part of the said college cultural exchange program with Royal Orchid

    Mayor Eddie Dimacuha convened the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (CDRRMC) this morning to prepare the city with the possibility of typhoon “Ruby” hitting the Southern Tagalog Region including Batangas.

    Mayor Eddie B. Dimacuha created the composition of the Incident Command System (ICS) Team to prepare for the onslaught of Typhoon Ruby which is expected to hit the Southern Tagalog Region in the early morning of December 7.

    City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (CDRRMC) Medical Team gives first aid to an 80 year old evacuee from Wawa at the Batangas City Sports Coliseum, one of the designated evacuation centers. She is suffering from hypoglycemia. The team brings her to a hospital for further treatment.
