1. Submission of application letter for employment

All applicants must submit application letter for employment to the head of the HRMDO.

2. A Short Interview of the of the applicant by the HRMDO Head.

3. If selected, requirements must be submitted.

For original applicants selected, submit the following requirements:
- Medical Certificate
- NBI Clearance
- Oath of Office
- Statement of Assets and Liabilities (SALN)
- Photocopy of Transcripts of Records
- Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility checked as to its authenticity by employee-in-charge.

4. Secure a Reassignment Letter from the City Administrator and submit a copy copy to personnel-in-charge.

Frontline Service: Application for Permanent Position in the Batangas City Government

1. Check for vacancy.

Applicants may check the available vacant positions at the CSC bulletin board, the City Bulletin Located at the Quadrangle or may ask the HRMDO head.

2. Recommendation from the City Mayor.

All applicants must be recommended by the appointing authority. Securing a letter of recommendation or endorsement from the City Mayor submit it to HRMDO.

 3. Preliminary Interview.

Upon filing of application with the recommendation, the applicant will undergo a short interview by the HRMDO head.

4. PSB Deliberation.

The HRMDO head will schedule on the approval of the City Mayor the date of the Personal Selection Board (PSB) deliberation.

If the applicant is considered for the position, he should submit six (6) copies of Personal Data Sheet.

If applicant is approved for appointment to a permanent position, he should submit NBI clearance, Medical Certificate, Oath of Office and SALN.
