MISSION
The Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, as a legislative body, aims to assist in the positive development of the city as well as in ensuring peace and harmony among the constituents that it serves through legislation of appropriate resolutions and ordinances, as well as other rules pertinent to the welfare of the people of Batangas City and nearby areas.
VISION
An institution dedicated to its highest goals of serving the people through provision of local basis of governance---laws, rules and ordinances necessary to development, peace and prosperity of the community. A Divine- guided, people - centered legislative arm of the Batangas City Government which is both technically equipped as well as staffed with superiority qualified human resources by the year 2015.
