Mayor Beverley Dimacuha welcomes the new Batangas City PNP Chief, PLTCOL Julius Añonuevo, who was previously assigned at the Manila Police Station, during a courtesy call on her, November 11. The mayor also thanked the outgoing City PNP Chief, PLTCOL Sancho Celedio who served the city for one and half years. The briefing and turn- over was conducted at the City Police Station after the courtesy call on Mayor Dimacuha.
